GIFTS BROUGHT FROM THE 1ST NOVEMBER 2020 CAN BE RETURNED (REFUND ONLINE OR CREDIT NOTE / EXCHANGE INSTORE)
UP TO 2ND JANUARY 2021 WITH ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE & PRODUCT PACKAGING.
Not everything is perfect, so if you’re not happy you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to pop it back to us for exchange or refund.

Once you have your returns number, either send your goods to the Will & Ward Returns Department at the address below or return to the Will & Ward store, both within 14 days of receipt.
All items including sale may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the goods being received. These items must be in their original condition with original packaging and labels still attached.
When trying items on, please make sure not to wear make-up or deodorant that may mark the item. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted. Earrings are non-refundable unless faulty. Snoods and face coverings are also non-refundable.
The refund includes the full value of the items returned but excludes postage costs. Will & Ward is not liable for the cost of returning items and it is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and that you retain proof of postage.
If you wish to make an exchange then simply contact us before you return your parcel, this enables us to put the item on hold and confirm that we have it in stock.
