Returns:

Any or all items from your online order that you wish to return must be received by Will & Ward within a period of 14 calendar days of the received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.

Please contact Will & Ward for a returns number either by email hi@willandward.com or call 01253 733511.
 
Once you have your returns number, either send your goods to the Will & Ward Returns Department at the address below or return to the store, both within 14 days of receipt.
 

Returned products MUST be in the new condition as supplied, unused, unwashed and unworn and include all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued, but additional delivery fees may be charged.

To return goods please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your original delivery of goods.

Goods are returned to Will & Ward at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.

Exchanges:

If you wish to make an exchange then simply contact us before you return your parcel, this enables us to put the item on hold and confirm that we have it in stock. 

Note:

Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder. We do not accept returns on intimates, face coverings, pierced jewellery or opened beauty products.

Please note willandward.com is not responsible for returns costs, however, if you are returning a faulty product, we will refund the postage costs.
