Any or all items from your online order that you wish to return must be received by Will & Ward within a period of 14 calendar days of the received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.
Returned products MUST be in the new condition as supplied, unused, unwashed and unworn and include all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued, but additional delivery fees may be charged.
To return goods please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your original delivery of goods.
Goods are returned to Will & Ward at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.

Please note that refunds will be processed when we receive your return item(s) back to the shop. Unfortunately we cannot refund your order without the items being returned to us first.
Please await our email or text (depending what details you used to sign up with when placing your order) to confirm safe receipt of your returned item(s). Please note, until we receive your return, the item(s) and their condition remain your responsibility. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable
If you wish to make an exchange then simply contact us before you return your parcel, this enables us to put the item on hold and confirm that we have it in stock.
Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder. We do not accept returns on intimates, face coverings, pierced jewellery or opened beauty products.
Please note willandward.com is not responsible for returns costs and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.
